Customer Service Executive

 

Full time Role

 

The ideal candidate works to ensure all customers receive exceptional care, as it is key to a company’s repeat business and word-of-mouth reputation. Assist customers by providing information and resolving complaints. The successful candidate will need to enjoy and thrive from working in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Answering Instagram and Facebook DMS/Messages
• Answering Instagram and Facebook Comments
• LBH Customer Service Live Chat (from 11-7 pm)

• Answer incoming calls from customers

• Customer Support emails

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

 

• Must have some prior experience in the Customer Service job role
• Smart, young and enthusiastic Male or Female candidate

• Leadership role
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Friendly and helpful demeanor
• Well-versed and has experience with using Social Media (In particular Instagram and Facebook)
• Quick on their feet and resolve customer complaints
• Be able to bring in new and repeated sales by communicating with customers
